From a Modest Shop to Full Interior Masterpieces
The story of Bharat Plywood is one of family commitment, passion, and relentless quality. Founded in 2003 as a small, focused shop dealing primarily in structural plywoods, we quickly grew a reputation for supplying the most durable timber in Ranchi.
A turning point came in 2012, when Mr. Chandan Sharma stepped forward to lead the business, taking the mantle from his father. Driven by a modern vision of architectural excellence, Mr. Chandan transformed the business. He evolved the store from a supplier of basic materials into an elegant, comprehensive studio offering complete luxury interior solutions.
To make our luxury services even more accessible, we launched a major milestone in 2021 by opening our new specialized branch under the brand name Bharat Trading Company in Tupudana. Today, we are proud to offer a premium, seamless procurement experience at both Ranchi locations.

The Humble Beginning
Started as a modest timber and plywood shop in Hatia, Ranchi. Sourcing standard, highly-tested quality boards, our founder established the foundation of structural trust that remains our identity today.
Expansion & Modernization
Mr. Chandan Sharma took the reins from his father, restructuring the layout and introducing complete interior solutions under one roof. We expanded from raw plywood into flush doors, bespoke knobs, cabinets, ceilings, and paneling.
Bharat Trading Company
Launched our second luxury showroom, Bharat Trading Company, located in the prime area of Tupudana, Ranchi. This allowed us to serve our expanding clientele, contractors, and home-builders with faster timelines.
